1、到VMware官网上下载安装包，注册免费Licensing

貌似Server2.0不能下载

2、安装必须的包：
gccgcc-c++

3、安装VMwareServer：
rpm-ivhVMware-server-1.0.7-108231.i386.rpm
安装完成以后运行配置脚本进行配置：
/usr/bin/vmware-config.pl
一路顺下去
1）阅读协议yes
